Alienware M15 Graphics issue

in Graphical and Sound Issues
I just upgrade from my old Alienware 17 to this Alienware M15 with a Geforce RTX 3060 and have noticed while tabs and windows in the game are crystal clear the characters and ships have a glow/fuzzy look to them. If you zoom in all the way they become clear but zoom back out and it returns to the glow/fuzzy look. Contacted support did all their steps but nothing was resolved.gs7ud8v09wlz.jpg

    Something simple. For some reason the default setting for resolution scale when I installed STO on the new laptop was set on .8 and moving it to 1.0 resolved the issue.
