From the 3/3/22 patch notes.
Removed references to a Deteriorating Secondary Deflector from all descriptions of the Pathfinder Long Range Science Vessel, throughout the game. This ship never included this feature, and the inclusion in its description appears to have been an error.

All the intrepid (pathfinder) class ships have a secondary deflector.
Are you sure this is the right?

EDIT: I just claimed the legendary intrepid on my KDF character and it came pre-installed with a deteriorating secondary deflector.
