I recently used ZEN for the buyout option for Event Campaign. I am not able to play enough to earn the awards. I have earned 3,000 of the 3,500 needed for competion of the even. After spending the ZEN for buyout the progress bar goes from 3,000 to 3,406. with no option at all to finish the progress... poof gone. I barely have enough ZEN to buy an outfit. This would make $60. I have into this game, and my wife has $20. We both watched as i wasted my Zen on something with no outcome. I kinda feel scamed.

    Yes. i get a run around. open ticket. contact support. I am missing events between work and ZEN TRIBBLE. This game has become super lame. kind of like all the new star trek shows "A WASTE". A waste of my $60 and my wifes $20. should have thrown that $80 out the window of my car it would have been a better investment.

    a month later and im still trying to get this fixed. Now they are not showing i purchased any Zen at all. but i still have some Zen left.
