Cannot use Legendary D'Deridex Materials

I cannot select the following materials from the Legendary D'Deridex
The are in the list, they just will not apply to the ship
- Romulan Type 0B
- D'Deredex Unity
ps can we have auto-preview as we mouse-over the materials like you've added for patterns?

i can use all the other skins; these two wont select.
