Kobiyashi Maru and Risian Event Bug

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I did the No Win Scenario event to get the Kobiyashi Maru Transponder (and it's KDF Counterpart) along with the Risian Event which gave out the Risian Corvette, I was able to claim them both in the past and now they both are no longer reclaimable. They refuse to show up in my Event Reclaim tab and as such the game now acts as if I never did/finish the event

    Your best option here is to take it up with Customer Support.
    If you can show screenshots of the affected items on an unaffected character, they should lend support to your case.

    Are you talking about the transponder or the 2 admiralty cards of which the fed is the kobashi maru and the KDF one is the another name I can't remember off hand? Tong ju or something like that.

    They should be in the Misc tab of the Reclaim store as I reclaimed them earlier.

    Customer Support told me to do this, I also thought there was a KDF version

    The event that gave us the Kobayashi Maru Freighter as a playable ship had a Tong'Duj Freighter for KDF.
    The Kobayashi Maru Transponder was just that one for all, though.

    What if you finished the event, got the ship, the admiralty cards etc. but did not get the transponder? I have looked in both event reclaim and z store. Any suggestions before I submit a ticket?

    That's 2 different runs of the event.
    One was for the playable ship & admiralty card.
    Another run of the event gave us the Transponder.

    Yes you are right. I finally found that Oct 2019 Kobayashi Maru event and then 2021 Dec No win. I was thinking they were one in the same.

    I made a mistake, it was the transponder, My apologies. I was very sleep deprived due to insomnia, I did every event so far and I did not get the Transponder, I thought I'd update it
