in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
My counter for Star Trek event campaign stopped counting for the events I've completed and received the prize for. The event doesn't even show up on my screen only three of them two are missing but I have the prizes for completing them. All the events are done and the campaign comes to an end and my counter is short about 1000 points? Has anyone else have this issue?

    If you played and completed all 5 events, you should have had at least 700 points from each for a total of 3500.
    I think your best option is to take this up with Customer Support, via the link at the top of the page.

    Hi and thanks for commenting. I did all the events they just don't show up on my console only three of them and I have contacted customer support they wanted me to post a bug report and send them a link to it. I have all the prizes for completing the events except the event campaign.

    Can anyone help me with this issue? Back in September 15 2021 I started a ticket with customer service. Ticket number 598220 my points counter wasn't moving? It took about a week of back and forth, it went up to the developers and they gave me some points. Thank you? I don't know if they gave me the correct amount? but I continued on my quest. I completed all the events including the Halloween and Q's wonderland I did everything they gave us. I got all the prizes but at the end of the campaign I was still short 900 points!? How can one receive the rewards for completing events but not get the points? I started another ticket in Feb ticket number 680363. Back and forth and again back to the developers I got nothing this time they said that I must not have completed some events?! WTF I am 59 years old a disabled veteran. Every morning between 7 and 8 am, I take my medication and cannot eat or drink for 60 minutes. I play Star Trek every morning and then I eat and my physio therapist comes over so I do my physio. I do this every day since this game came to ps4. I have never asked for anything I enjoy the game and the story but never have I been screwed over by people that it costs them nothing to fix the issue! They would rather TRIBBLE one over that say this was unfortunate it is fixed thank you for playing. They don't seem to care about the gamers the patrons that spend money on their game? Not a good way to advertise. I am still waiting for a response it's been almost a week now and nothing. They still haven't told me what event or events that I didn't complete?

    I have competed the event campaign 3 on PS4/5 I completed all 5 events and somehow I still do not have enough progress is there a working solution for this ?
