I can't send mail or pm or even chat in zone right now. This started recently. How long till it gets fixed ? {soonTM}??

    Hi, having problems with no chat and mail, keep getting mail alerts but the in-box is empty. There seems to be no chat activity from other players, was in an armada event a few days ago and zero chat messages from anyone, not even in the open zone where it's usually full of people trying to sell gear. I have also sent out chat messages and PM's but no reply.

    Have tried re-installing, deleting save files both local and cloud, but nothing has helped, other than sending in a ticket is there anything else I can try. Thx.
    Came for the spaceship, stayed to mine rocks.

    The mail issue where it indicates waiting mail but there is none has been going on for months, I wouldn't expect anytime soon, if ever. As for the chat problem I can't answer that one.

    Chat has been broken since I started in December.....probably longer than that. Even if it lets you type a message there's no knowing if it got through. No chat going on anywhere.

    Same with mail.

    Personally I don't care, this is a single player game with other people in it as far as I'm concerned. I can certainly do without the usual ESD zone chat but it would be nice to have it working just in case.

    Well, this is embarrassing, turns out there was no problem with the game at all, my xbox's privacy settings were just set too high, oops XD
    Came for the spaceship, stayed to mine rocks.

    I have noticed that it happens when you open mail intended for a different toon than the one you are on. If you have some one send a mail specific to the toon you are currently logged into it will remove the "waiting Icon".

    Not sure about chat, usually just use the Xbox voice and leave it at that.

    That must be it for me as well then. World of Warships made me do it, full of salt my message box at times.
