Omega Force Recruit Accolade Broken (flawed design)

The Omega Force Recruit Accolade (and I suspect the MACO version as well) is Broken (or flawed), because if you grind away on the reputation system, you might miss your opportunity to get it. Once you have finished the Omega reputation, the ability to make the Mark X Omega Weapon/PSG/Armor is not an option. This differs from other reputation sets. Thus, the Accolade become unattainable. This should be fixed by allowing the crafting of the Mark X version of the weapon/armor/psg sets even after you have the ability to make the Mark XII versions. Please fix this.

Is there EVER going to be a fix for this problem? Can we delete our mark XII and rebuild the Mark X set? Can we drop the Mark XII's BACK to Mark X? Can't you just have Commander Roxy recognize that a Mark XII is LIKE owning a Mark X? One of my main pleasures in Star Trek Online is obtaining all Accolades, and just because I can't go back and get the set in Mark X means I can't achieve the Omega Force Recruit Accolade!?!?!?
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!! I'M WILLING TO DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES!!!

And here is my solution... Remove the Mk X requirement make it ANY Omega or M.A.C.O. 3 piece set Mk X and higher to unlock the Omega Recruit Accolade.
