Cryptic, it is insulting how you treat paying customers by ignoring them.
You owe us an apology letter in form of a free revision of the playable species to fix the missing body parts.
I already paid a premium for the playable Klingon species on the Federation side back in 2010.(https://www.engadget.com/2010-02-02-star-trek-online-offers-two-new-races-in-online-store.html )
I also paid a premium to get the Terran Odyssey Outfits from the Mirror Universe Bundle (https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Mirror_Universe_Bundle )
I am NOT going to pay a premium again to get the Terran Odyssey Outfits from the 12th Anniversary Terran Bundle (https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/12th_Anniversary_Terran_Bundle ) as long as you ignore us like that. Fix the issues first.
