Issue with Boxes and Packs Causing Crashes

There is an issue affecting the game on Holodeck this morning that is causing crashes upon opening any kind of pack. Until this is fixed, it is recommended that you not open packs or boxes of any kind. We will have a fix ASAP.

    I hope they also fix the broken TOS Tutorial while they are fixing the boxes. ö.ö

    this is a truly LOL-worthy bug. I went in and opened a blue endeavor box and promptly got a fancy crash notification I'd never seen before. This is one of the biggest bugs ever introduced to the game. Kudos!

    Thank you for at least letting us know this bug is visible to y'all up there. We'll be waiting for the fix to come on down towards us down here in the trenches.

    In fifteen minutes, the PC servers will very briefly evolve into extremely advanced lizards, have babies we will never discuss again, and then be back online. This should fix the issue with opening boxes.

    What do you mean we will never discuss it again? You just know it will be all we will talk about every time we get together.

    We'll be doing maintenance with a larger fix tomorrow morning, but until then, boxes will not show you what you got when opening them, just deposit them into your inventory.

    Seems that the crash is fixed, and the reward box is back, but there is no content in the info box, just blank. Anyone else getting the same?

    This is happening for the Endeavor rewards boxes; the dialogue windows seem normal for everything else.

    Tribble is affected as well, what did they do copy from the live shard?
