Per the DOT-7: Applies Diagnostic Scan to all Electronic Allies within 20m (excludes Bridge Officers):
* +____ Hit Points/sec
* +30 All Damage Resistance Rating
* +30 All Damage

These effects aren't working on the walker and should.

    Thank you for the information, after confirming internally with the systems design team, this is indeed a bug and I put it into the system for investigation.
