Has anyone else fallen short on the 3500 reward progression points?

On the latest 5 mini events into 1 major over-all event campaign, I have chosen the "buy out" option. I have all of the small rewards to verify I had completed the individual events. But instead of ending with 3500 points, I ended with 3405. So now, after spending all of that real world money (not really a lot) to buy Zen to buy out the event so I can get the big choice pack, I am not going to get it. Does anyone know if this is a bug/glitch or not? Or has this happened to other players. Thank you.

    3405 is a very strange number to have ended up at, but doing the current event for 2 days will get you finished.
