DSC Era Bridge Officer can't use kit parts from tailor.

A GM asked me to post it here. DSC era bridge officers can't use kit parts from the tailor and Marta Okataya (Cyborg enhanced Female from DSC Operations big bundle) can't use any outfits except DSC Era uniforms (Original DSC era uniform and DSC Terran Empire uniform).

I put this in for investigation so that we can get some answers for those boffs and the zen store boff.
