Event TFO: Remain Klingon, To Hell With Honor not providing choice of marks (PC)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Press J for event dialog
3. Select current event - list of three TFO's visible with "Join TFO" buttons
4. Select "Remain Klingon" - joining TFO status displayed
5. Select join TFO dialog when it surfaces - user joins TFO
6. Complete TFO
Expected: Reward pane displayed with choice of all marks
Actual: Reward pane displays with only Fleet and Discovery marks
Repro'd on To Hell with Honor as well, with the same steps. Best Served Cold is still serving choice of marks, but I think it always did
Seen other reports of this over on STO reddit, and some people not seeing it, could be the route you take into the TFO?

I wondered this too, but event TFO's are usually Choice Of, and other folks were reporting that they were getting the option across all three event TFO's, so there's an issue somewhere.
