Missing/incorrect Veterancy bonus

I am eligible for 300day veterancy bonus. these rewards include bonus XP perk and Firework ship emote. However I cannot get the benefits on my KDF character
The bonus is correct on my starfleet char
acter, but on the KDF character "braat'el" I only received 200day bonuses.

    I have had the paid subscription for a bit over 300 days while it was still available, I Crated my KDF character After it was discontinued. These bonuses are PERMANENT and available for ALL characters. And yet, for some reason, I only have received the 200 day one for this character.

    BTW. I submitted a Bug report on ARC support. and was directed to make the post here, as they were "unable to resolve the issue as Gms"
