Stat Change upon Equip

I have an Console - Universal - Crystalline Absorption Matrix.

While in my inventory the stats read:
+19 All Energy Damage Resistance Rating
+19% Antiproton Damage
Every 3 sec, to 3 random targets in forward 180' arc: Apply Matter Conversion Beam for 386.3 Antiproton Damage

Once equipped, those same stats read:
+2.5 All Energy Damage Resistance Rating
+2.5% Antiproton Damage
Every 3 sec, to 3 random targets in forward 180' arc: Apply Matter Conversion Beam for 135 Antiproton Damage

All other stats remain consistent if equipped or not.

My Stats breakdown tab does not show modifiers to energy types, so I am unable to ascertain which of the two sets of stats is being applied.
Additionally, the Stats tab shows an increase of 0% to 15.9% on unmodified Energy Resists; not knowing the formula, this doesn't help me figure out which stats are being applied or if it's a completely different, unseen set of stats.

If the 19/19%/386.3 stats are being applied, I won't worry about what is displayed. But if it's the 2.5/2.5%/185, please fix it.
