I would love it if they would add the uniforms, both male and female from TOS pilot episode, "The Cage".
Maybe even a few new "Cage era" story lines and ships. Some of us have been around since Star Trek began and a little
representation would be nice. Just saying. 🖖😉
Technically speaking, as much as people really dislike Star Trek: Discovery Season 1 & Season 2, they do take place just a few years after The Cage takes place. Strange New Worlds will also fit in with this timeframe.
I know this might be considered heresy, but I didn't like the Cage uniforms I thought them bland and not really that interesting, still there's nothing wrong at having more options.
The uniforms are a place where DSC seriously dropped the ball. New uniforms would have been ok if they had different uniforms for different divisions or whatever, but DSC season 1 was done in a nasty exclusionist way and implied that everyone wore the blue horrors.
The problem with that is that TOS clearly showed that Starfleet was in a uniform transition period going from the older uniforms seen in The Cage to the newer (but still Velour) raglan-sleeved ones that first and second season TOS used, then another transition to the double-knit third season tunics for the third season.
So that either means that they went from The Cage style to the blue disasters, than back to The Cage style and then to TOS s1-2 style, or the bedazzled blue barfs never existed across the board the way they are shown in DSC s1. And no, the "only used on Constitution class ships" doesn't fly since the mix of Cage and TOS uniforms were shown in TOS to be pretty much everywhere, and since uniform changes are usually done by attrition why would Starfleet suddenly issue the old Cage style ones along with the newer TOS ones?.
First Contact changed the timeline, new timeline goes from ENT to DSC and skips TOS visually. Sad but true.

One could ask the same question of the transition as seen in 'Generations' though:

And don't forget in DS9 where we saw people still wearing TNG era uniforms when they had the grey ones.
Then again, someone made this to explain the TNG/DS9 era uniform mixture.
They are just duty uniforms and fatigue uniforms, and DS9 mainly wore the fatigue while starfleet command wore duty.
"Please, Captain, not in front of the Klingons." Spock to Kirk, as Kirk is about to hug him.

Obviously not the acual Cage uniforms, but not a bad recreation!
STO could use the ST:WoK uniform undershirts, but they'd have to modify the ends of the sleeves, swapping out the puffy ribbed sleeve trim for rank stripes. Swapping out the puffy ribbed turtleneck to a thinner ribbed turtleneck wouldn't hurt.
The rank stripes were improved in the second pilot, to show a better distinction between the ranks (i.e. 2 for Captain, one for Lieutenant, none for Ensigns).
Of course we need the female version of the uniform, with the folded turtleneck.
The grey excursion jackets used by the away team in The Cage would be great to have as well.
It's interesting that Spock wore a command uniform for Where No Man Has Gone Before, he wore the blue sciences/security uniform (the third colour, red, was added when the black collar uniforms replaced the pilot uniforms to show division distinctions for easy recognition).
Notice the collar was different for his uniform, held together with velcro. Probably designed to allow Leonard Nimoy to take the shirt on and off without damaging the ear prosthetics.
They still had three colors of tunic in the pilots, though it may not have been intentional (on the other hand, internal memos later published always mentioned three divisions, not two). The blue, the "avocado" gold, and a distinct beige color. Two notable characters that wore the beige were Yeoman Colt and Lt. Cdr Gary Mitchell, and I wonder if had they been in the main part of TOS would they have been switched to red.
The original idea was to go with the primaries, red, green, and blue, but the velour they wanted for the shimmer (which unfortunately is not very visible on camera) only came in red, beige, blue, avacado gold (which if you see an unwashed piece live has a distinct green-gold appearance that does not show on camera), and a shocking fluorescent green (which looked like a grungy silver-gray color in black and white) from the manufacturer they had on contract.
The florescent green was obviously not an option since it looked bad both in color and black-and-white, and originally they wanted to use colors that would not stick out so much on the ground so apparently they went with the beige as the third color instead of the red.
Spock had a dual role on the ship, he was second officer in The Cage and first officer in Where No Man Has Gone Before as well as chief science officer so the color he wore at any particular time may have been a personal choice between the two or it may have been assigned depending on which one he was expected to put the most effort into. And yes, the zippers or velcro along the top of the shoulder was to avoid damaging the ear appliances when putting the tunic on.
Sulu and Uhura had similar color switches, in Sulu's case he is both a qualified astrophysicist and qualified helmsman and while he was doing scientific duties he wore blue and when doing operations duties he wore gold.
Uhura's case is not as clear and may have just been a reorganization of the departments, but a more interesting theory in light of the shenanigan's the clique of admirals were pulling for at least a few years as implied in Turnabout Intruder, is that she hit the glass ceiling and decided to go the technical services route side of her job to get through it instead of engaging in a favoritism struggle and eventually fighting the clique for a ship of her own.

the original intent was bridge officers wore the tan, everyone else wore blue. I'd like the transporter chief Kyle's Gi-type uniform

another thing locked behind the fleet wall. Thanks but I'm not paying a daily tarriff to join a fleet then hope someone is nice enough to let me have access to the item I want to get. that's a real hard pass
None of the fleets I've been in have daily contribution requirements, usually they just have a certain amount you need to contribute before they give you store access but you need to contribute first to get fleet credits to buy stuff anyway.

Now CBS just needs to acknowledge the quantum timeline split and produce stuff for both and all the problems would be settled.
