Randomly not getting Marks in Arena of Sompek (Event)

As requested by the people handling my ticket, I am posting here to see if anyone else has had the problem of not getting a choice of marks at the completion of the Arena of Sompek Event TFO. It has happened several times for me and also when it doesn't reward marks, I also don't get the "Wave Completion Bonus: R&D Material Package"

I have had it happen on the first character of the day, somewhere in between, and even on a character that just got the rewards 10 minutes before.

If anyone else has experienced this as well, please feel free to post in here about it.

    I had it twice this event.
    Immediately you get the Dili but no Dialog to Pick the Marks.
    For the event it counts, but you cannot delay it to pick it after 20h timer.
