Bought it, can't see it in my inventory.
*sigh* What has gone wrong?

    Yep same problem...i put in a ticket.

    Okay it was not where i thought it was supposed to be. It was under the Items tab. It had TOS captains boost there and was claimable. I hope this fixes yours too.
