Camera keeps changing setting

Over the last week I've had to reset my camera setting from "Follow Target" back to "Free Camera" almost 10 times. The setting keeps resetting to the "Follow Target" during gameplay with no input from me and no interactions with the Option Menu at the time it resets. Always happens in Combat and at random times, on random maps.
