32c normal & refit phaser heavy and dual cannons firing glitch?

Didn't the cannons use to have shots drawn? As of today using both types, I only see the cannons firing from the ship and hitting my target but nothing in between.

    I do not see any visuals from my 32c regular phasers.
    They are just firing invisible
