Auto firing pets can’t manually fire

On one character only i can not manually fire my pets when they are set to autofire such as at the start of a tfo , i have to turn off autofire to manually fire them. Is there a fix for this or workaround anyone knows of aside from turning off autofire to manually launch pets?

    I also have this issue on one character (which happens to be my main). It started a month or two ago.

    When pets autofire is on, I can't launch pets manually. If pets autofire is off, I can launch pets manually. This is true for all ships with pets.

    Would like to have pets autofire on with the ability to launch pets manually as well restored like all the rest of my characters are able to do. Thank you, and carry on.

    Exactly, it is not related to one specific ship, but any ship that uses pets on only 1 character, which also happens to be my main as well
