Unable to turn Character/Boffs in Tailor

Ocassionally when I go to the Tailor, everyone is stuck in the position they load in. Sometimes it is the Frozen Stance, other time it is the normal one with the basic minor movements. I cannot turn anybody around to focus on backs or sides for uniform editing. The inly way to fix it, is to fully close my game. Sometimes, I don't feel like starting it back up afterwards.
