I'm a romulan alien aligned federation character.
So far I'm unable to use any of the following lower options:
Any of the free or fleet credit story odyssey lower parts
Free c store discovery trousers (gutted as I love this uniform)
Paid c store TNG trouser or shoes
Paid c store DS9 trouser or shoes
Paid c store enterprise era trousers or shoes
Paid c store mirror enterprise trousers, shoes or belts
Paid c store mirror uniform trousers, shoes or belts
Paid c store kilts or skants
Lobi discovery terran trousers,shoes or belts (equally gutted as I spent waaay too much money for lockboxes just for the lobi)
These are just a few I remembered off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure there are quite a few more I've either bought with cash or earned in game that I can't use the lower options for.
I've paid quite a bit in zen and lobi and only received the top half of these uniforms.
I've made a pure romulan to test if the same bug would happen after I spent so much zen in the c store, and I'm able to use all the lower part of my Paid items so I don't believe this is a faction issue, and must be related to being an alien romulan.
I contacted ARC support who escalated it higher to a supervisor and they have said this is a result of a gameplay bug and they are not able to rectify this or offer a refund on my Paid items and to come here and write another bug report to you guys in the hope it can be fixed and hopefully I might be able to use the uniforms that I've paid for on my main character.
I've looked in every tab in the tailor and they are not available and even repeated the early missions hoping it will somehow register for my lower options to unlock that I'm sided federation.
My character is Dace@benjibutten and if someone can please help I would be really grateful as I think there was an error unlocking the lower fed options for my character.
