Cannot use Epic Prize Token to get a ship

I got an Epic phoenix prize pack token along with the 3 item Mudd's Market bundle, but none of the ships are unlockable. I shouldn't have all the ships, so should be able to unlock one. The two I definitely don't have are the Vorgon Ryn'kodan and the Vorgon Ytijara Cruiser, but they are greyed out. I filed a report and have been working with the CS GMs, and they have asked that I report it here as well. The steps to try to work around included putting the items in the bank (both account and personal), logging out, then logging back in and trying (both on my main and a second character). Nothing has worked.

    Do you have enough ship slots available for the ship? Also, is your inventory full?
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.

    Yes, I have the free ship slot, and no my inventory isn't full.

    As they were previous Event Reward ships, did you check the Event Reclaim option to see if they are listed as available there for you. I know you likely have checked but I just wanted to try to help and also save any of the CS having to ask it too.

    In case you are not sure how to get there, Press 'J' to open the Journal, then press the Event window in there, and towards the bottom left of the window you will see Reclaim Rewards, if you earned it on another character at the time, you will have it unlocked for your account in here.

    Another thing to check, is if you have other characters, log in to each one and check the Reputation window for the old Events reputation to see if one of them have the ship to claim from there to unlock for the account. I know I had one of my characters with the Fek'Ihri S'torr Warship, had it ready to claim on a level 12 character of mine, it seems when they got rid of the old method, they auto completed it for anyone who had it even slotted to be filled.

    Checked there and can see the ones that are unlocked which does solve this issue but raises another - I never unlocked those two ships but they show unlocked. (no, seriously, one was an event I never finished due to work and another never finished due to my computer being broken for an extended time during that event. Guess the game gods took pity on me for both instances)

    Thanks for that. I'm not sure I should claim them if they got accidentally unlocked somehow. :#
    At least why the epic token doesn't work is solved.

    Glad to help out with that. Don't worry, you did not need to complete them as such, I just remember being shocked to find the Events reputation window on my low level showing it as complete, and I know I did not even do half of it. They just auto completed every event ship quest in the Reputation tab if you had it in progress when they moved over to the new system that is in the Journal.

    Enjoy your ships though (and your spare token now for an alt).

    Ah, yes - when the old Events Reputation system was being ended, any and all projects that were queued whether having any progress or even none, all of them were automagically marked as complete.
    The rewards were account unlocked for anyone that had event projects active.
