Did T5-U upgardes go away?

It was my understanding that if you had a ship on one character and upgraded it to T5-U, that you'd be able to upgrade the same ship on another character for free.

I bought an upgrade for one of my ships and I was able to complete the upgrade on a couple of characters after purchasing it, but on my most recent newbie, she doesn't have the upgrade option.

So no more T5-U upgrades on the same ship anymore? :(

    Have you gone to the shipyard? Also, what level is this character?

    My newbie is a recently unlocked Reman character who bought the D'deridex battle cruiser at level 50. I have at least two Romulan characters that have the upgarded T5-U version though in the same way.

    I checked at the ship management station at various times between levels 50 and her current level of 53, and I've yet to see the option to upgrade appear. When viewing the ship at the ship management station, there's a stats tab, and a loadouts tab and a visuals tab. I can't remember if there was an upgrade tab where the ship mastery tab usually is or not but where ever that upgrade button used to be, it seems to be gone now :\

    I didn't even know there was a level requirement on the token if there is.

    I'm going to re-google the t5u token and see what I missed. Maybe I just haven't learned how they work properly yet lol
