At first glance, this looks like the old LootCancel bug where you have to clear out the overflow bag. I cannot reclaim items, nor can I purchase new ones from vendors:
But I have no items in overflow. I have space in my inventory. And I've tried using LootCancel, restarting and force verifying, and zoning to all kinds of different maps. But I still have the "red text" issue for reclaims/replicates/and vendors. A few of my toons (including my main) are affected, but some of my less-played toons are not.
I've tried clearing out all of my "in progress" missions. I completely got rid of all passengers and prisoners. I even deleted a few DOffs and a few BOff candidates, but I'm still stuck.
Anyone had something like this happen to them?

That should resolve your issue.
Ha! I wish it was that simple. No, it's not a lack of EC, there's some kind of overflow bug here. I filed a Support ticket and they said that Development was looking into it, but they also suggested that I post on the forums to see if anyone else was seeing this kind of issue.
I'm doing some testing on Tribble as we speak.
