Weird graphic bugs with hair since recent update. **UPDATED**

Since the latest update on May 25th, various hair styles and facial hairs have were graphical issues on both players and NPC's.
**UPDATE**
So, it seems that if I use any setting of MSAA or TXAA antialiasing, it causes this problem. Choosing NONE or FXAA, everything looks normal again, but performance suffers a bit, as my GPU is a little dated.
