Galaxy Class: The Venture style nacelles, if you look closely, you'll notice that the graphic for the bussard collectors aren't mirrored, they're identical on each side even though the graphic isn't symmetrical. The every other nacelle has the correct mirroring.
Janeway Class: Floating strobe right in the middle of the deflector dish. I know by the 32c they've probably learned to beam light flashes and all, but I highly doubt that was the idea on the design...
