Can't use reclaim store

For every (free!) reclaim reward, it now says "You do not have enough energy credits".
I have 1.3 billion ECs on this toon, that's not the problem.

Anyone else unable to reclaim old rewards via Events tab RECLAIM REWARDS button?
Wanted new stuff from current event across my account, but can't.

    I found a different toon CAN claim just fine, but my main can't.
    And then for one item I can't claim (Vulcan Scout Ship) the explanation of why I can't talks about the Fek'Ihri Storr Warship as though I tried to claim that.
    Maybe the unplanned Friday maintenance I see scheduled for tomorrow will fix it.

    I have one toon that can't reclaim anything, or buy anything from vendors, but others i've checked seem ok

    try typing /lootcancel in the chat when on that character. Other than that, logging right out of the game maybe.

    The comment above is right, also, check that your skills are not invalid.

    Also check that you have nothing in your overflow bag and have at least one open inventory slot. For ships also check that you have a free active ship slot.

    For me,
    20+ open inventory spots. Nothing in overflow. Have logged out numerous times (and now, we had another maintenance and patching).
    /lootcancel is a great idea ! But it didn't work.

    Future patching will prob fix. Fine. No rush. Maybe minor irk.

    If this persists... I can ping darkblade for suggestions and possibility of tossing this up the chain for investigation.

    So, it resolved over the weekend.
    In 30 minutes, it went from "can't claim anything" to "can reclaim anything I don't already own" (as it should be).

    What changed?
    The only thing I did during that time .... I had 1.3 billion ECs on that toon, and moved much of it to the account bank, so I only had around 600m EC on that toon by the time I had tried again. I had the same 20+ open inventory spots, bank space, etc.

    Maybe the is some odd issue where "too many ECs" causes the issue.

    If anyone else has an issue, try moving some ECs to the account bank, or buy something pricey.

    He's a mean one, Mr Glitch..

    Just goes to show that QA cannot anticipate everything. I doubt it occurred to them "what would happen if the player had 3B EC? (if that was the issue)

    I dunno.....it's resolved for me, but only because some random act appears to have fixed it.

    I have no objections to closing this off if no one else is posting that they are (still) having the same issue.
