KDF and KDF Allied Romulans and Dominions can't equip Grappler on any cross-faction ships

So I brought cross-faction flying from the Zen Store and I collected all the consoles from every ship possible that can be used on any ships on my Klingon Recruit and I go to equip the Grappler console from the T1 NX ship on my current ship and it comes up with the error "You can not equip that item" and it says that for any ship be that Romulan, Dominion or Federation ships, It also affects any KDF Allied Romulans and Dominions too though FED Allied Romulans and Dominions have no problems equipping the Grappler console on any ship.

    Unable to reequip the grappler console on the Legendary Temporal Escort. The console originates on that ship. and on the original NX version. From reading a few older post (2012) this is an old issue affecting any non Fed/ Fed aligned characters. I thought that should not be an issue since we have the ability to fly cross faction ships. Not a major issue but was told to post this here.
