Randoms tfo didn't count for Klingon recruit

I play today 2 more tfo, and they didn't count for reward of 150. Still need 32, was 118, and after 2 more for today still left 118. This is only my issue or someone have same? Yesterday everything work and seems began after last patch. Idk
