in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Can anyone train a science bridge officer, with Cryothermic Armor 1,2,3. On the Ps4 console version.

    The training manuals for those skills are only purchasable from the Winter Event store.

    I've have multiple copies of them and they do not work/red text saying you need this training manuals

    When training beidge officers, the training manuals must be in your Inventory and not in the Bank.
    If you split the stack, and leave some in the bank, the game (for some bizarre reason) still tries to take from the bank. You must move all the manuals of a particular skill to the Inventory for the training to work properly.

    Moving all these training manuals to my inventory did not solve this problem.
