Changes to the Great Hall (and more)?

I played through the new episodes on a federation character, so I wasn't able to get them to Qo'nos to see the Great Hall... is J'mpok replaced now? I logged in with a Klingon character, and when they levelled up (from 39 to 40), it was still good ol' J'mpok in the hail telling them to get to Qo'nos for a new ship, When I complete the new missions on a KDF character, will that change to L'Rell?
