Forcas system patrol not hooked into the galaxy

The Forcas system patrol can't be accessed by going to Forcas. At least some of the others can be accessed through the galaxy.

    Further to that, you can still get to the Ceron patrol through the galaxy map normally, but it's the old Ceron patrol not the new one.

    Is this intentional? Are the new patrols ONLY through the patrol menu and the old patrols the ones you get through the map????
