Winter Boff manuals still not working

How much longer until we can finally train our bridge officers with the manuals from the event? I used a lot of event currency items and time to buy these manuals and they're just sitting in my inventory useless. It would be appreciated if this could be rectified please.

Also why can we not even change the color of the Klingon Miracle Worker Science Boff? I'm not talking about changing the uniform, although we should as you can on Fed side, but we can't even change the color. There are discovery Klingons in game so we should be able to change the uniforms or at least the color.

    Why is this still broken? Why does stuff stay broken in the console version for months or YEARS at a time??

    As long as were making a list of Training Manuals that don't work, these are also broken & to my knowledge have NEVER worked on console...
    Training Manual - Science - Toxin Dart Launcher II (from the fleet colony)
    Training Manual - Engineering - Medical Generator Fabrication III (crafted from R&D)
    Training Manual - Temporal Operative - Uncertainty Burst I (from the bridge officer trainer)
    Training Manual - Temporal Operative - Uncertainty Burst III (crafted from R&D)
    Sweeping Strikes I (23c.) There is no Training Manual sold at K13 for Sweeping Strikes (23c.) at all, but there is a slot to learn it in the away team ground skills.
    And ALL of the Training Manuals from last years Winter event...

    So will we be able to use last years winter event training manuals by the time the summer event starts, or have they just been swept under the rug???
