Risian explorer and beachcomber issue

Ref: ticket 508701: Cannot locate item in the tailor
Support suggested I post a bug report here, so here we go!
I unlocked the Risian explorer and Risian beachcomber outfits, having bought the boxed costumes directly from the vendor on the Risa boardwalk. This is for a male character.
The Risian explorer outfit is a top and the beachcomber should be cut off pants for male.
The explorer top appears fine in both off duty and beachwear sections of the tailor, which I believe is correct behavior. However an errant pair of explorer boots has also appeared in the footwear section. I believe these boots should not exist, certainly the style is not in keeping with the Risa vibe.
The beachcomber bottoms don't appear at all, support have confirmed that they are in my characters inventory (as in server inventory rather than sitting boxed in my character inventory) and thus should be appearing in the beachwear section.

You are correct it does say that, support indicated that it should be in beachwear section. Regardless it is in neither beachwear nor off duty, nor uniform, or even voth outfit for that matter! I hunted all combinations I could think of.
I actually originally got it BECAUSE it said off duty, I was trying to put together a casual outfit that can be worn outside of Risa.
