DISREGARD NEW BUG REPORT LOBI STORE SPACE GEAR WILL NOT UP GRADE

I am unable to upgrade the 3-piece Ba'ul and Tachyokinetic converter space gear using either Phoenix Universal Tech or Ultimate Tech upgrade. I purchased them while leveling up my Romunlan Delta Recruit while he held the rank of Sub-Commander. In one of the known chat rooms, I had asked if I could use one of my Ultimate Tech Upgrade on the Ba'ul gear and told not too as it may upgrade them to EPIC Mk XV. As explained to me I am better off leaving them alone as they will level up with me. Now that I am a Vice Admiral, I am unable to up grade them. I have enclosed links of screen-shot showing those items reading. Please help me out. 800 Lobi was not easy to come by. Thanks

Up date to my request!!!!!!! I was able to upgrade said space gear after reaching Admiral level 60.

    Consoles generally don't upgrade, which would 'solve' 1 of the 4 pieces.
    For the other 3, I suggest turning Protected Status to 'Off' as it being on prevents the upgrades.

    Yes..... I even turned off protection as well.

    Did you try opening your upgrade window and dragging the item to it?

    Please disregard this Bug request!!! Once I reached Admiral 60 I was able to up grade the Lobo space gear.
