Missing Console on Legendary Verity Command Dreadnought

I started a new Federation character for the Delta Recruit event, and immediately after completing the tutorial I claimed one of the Legendary ships, the Legendary Verity Command Dreadnought (the Odyssey), and found that I only have five unlocked console slots. The Verity has 6 consoles that it comes with, so one of them, in my case the Aquarius Escort console, is missing. I'm sure you could get around this by claiming the ship at a higher rank where more console slots are unlocked, but I don't know when that is, and I shouldn't have to wait that long to get everything out of a ship I paid a couple hundred dollars for. I've been in contact with support for a while about this issue, and was told to make a forum post, so here it is.

Love to see everyone quoting my own post back at me. My point is, you shouldn't have to. People are going to miss that, and in a pack I had to pay a couple hundred bucks for, I should get everything after the tutorial like the description says I will. Also, I happen to have this ship upgraded to T-6X, which DOES unlock an extra console slot, but I can't fill it with the missing console from the set because I can't get a copy of it. It doesn't drop in my inventory or overflow bag, I can't claim it from the store. I just can't get full use out of this $300 ship until I hit whatever level it is.
