Did not receive correct amount of Phasers with Janeway Command Science Vessel.

I recently opened Special Requisition Choice Pack - Tier 6 Promotional Ship Choice Pack and pick up a "Janeway Command Science Vessel".

The problem is I received only ONE [Federation Phaser Beam Array (32c.) ∞] instead of FOUR phasers. I would like to have "back" the phasers a paid for.

I see this problem occurs when you open a T6 starship on a newly created character after finishing tutorial, because when scaling ship to lower levels, the most of the weapon slots are blocked.

Because these weapons are common quality, without option to upgrade, it is not possible to reclaim them in Dilithium Store.

I know this is a known problem but I have to post it because of a support ticket procedure ;)

    After many days of proving, Support gave me back only 2 phasers (so I have 3 now) and refused giving back the last one because - as they say - the ship has only 3 phasers.
    That is of course not true - as I see on youtube and even on official Star Trek Online wiki: https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Janeway_Command_Science_Vessel

    Ship has 4 phasers :/

    I created another ticket, because problem has been marked as solved. I'm dissapointed and feel cheated.
    Does anyone have any idea what to do with that?

    Dyson Joint Commanbd Rep stuck @ "Claim Tier 1 Reputation", Say finishing, It should be at Tier VI biut it won't finish the process and has been this way for some time.

    It is rather odd as most other T6 ships when you get them at low level they simply put the weapons you cannot slot straight into your inventory so it must just be an issue with the Janeway, but since you cannot upgrade the weapons anyway it seems kind a pointless, but I guess some people like the aesthetics which is understandable.
