boost a romulan to level 65?

just made a new delta recruit on the romulan faction and a while ago I brought a level 65 booster along with the legendary ship. used on my old romulan toon but can I use the level 65 boost again on my new toon?

    Yep, it's a one time use bundle.

    It's a shame you can't claim the Reman / Romulan boffs on other characters either. You can't even give them to another character since they are character-bound.

    There is the Reman and Breen BOFFs available through Mudd's...they are an account unlock if you buy it.
