Delta Recruit - Tesseract says Delta arc not completed

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I did all missions on Delta Quadrant, entire arc, even few patrols and the most hated (by me) Kobali ground missions, but Tesseract says I need to complete to claim reward. I did not skipped any mission and if you check my mission log, I'm about to start Iconian Arc.

    I'm in the same boat. By far my least favourite arc in the game, so I really don't want to have to make a new toon just to claim that reward.

    I completed all the missions in the Episode page. No credit. I went back to Kobali and completed Acts one, two and three and it gave me the recruit reward.

    Alright, I figured it out, you need to do the Kobali Crisis Act III, that consists in 3 missions to get the Delta Quadrant Accolade. Unfortunatelly for me, to find out about this, I had to do the entire ground junk (ground hater).

    The Act I, II and III missions were added after the Delta Quadrant was initially released, so Delta Recruits from the original run of the event will likely need to do those three missions.
    As we've discovered above, this indeed, seems to be the case.

    That's TRIBBLE. Same goes for New Romulus. What the hell do we have to do there to get both of them completed? This makes no SENSE.
