Legendary KDF missing 1 Billion EC

Purchased the Legendary KDF Bundle on 04/03/2021. Attempted to place the 1 billion EC into my Account Bank. It did not register. Changed instances to see if this would solve the issue. No joy. Sent off ticket #482019 to Support. Confirmed my purchase of the EC Cap Increase with Support via screenshot. Support instructed me to place Bug Report on Forums and then provide them with a link to the thread.
Hopefully this corrects the issue. TBH, I kinda expected something to go sideways. So far, Support has been very helpful. Their assistance is greatly appreciated

This says different.
Also, I saw the one billion in his bank. The problem came when I tried to transfer the amount to my Account Bank. Further, Support has confirmed the amount as well and are processing this request currently.

You always get 1million ec with the small legendary bundles.
You should follow your own advice and check your facts. The blog post clearly says 1M, not 1B.
As others have pointed out it IS 1 million & even says as much on the correct link but for you:

For that part I'll leave it at that & wait for your apology.
As for your original post regarding this issue, there isnt one as you didnt require the EC cap for the 1 million to go into your account & it probably did BUT you were assuming 1 billion would be going in, so saw a non existent error.
IF as you suggest support has confirmed it should be 1 BILLION EC (despite contradictory evidence) then please provide a screenshot of that so all other KDF bundle buyers can also claim that amount.

EDIT: My partner who is the far better half suggested that this doesnt deserve my wrath but rather pity & im honestly still sitting here scratching my head that this even came about. Ridiculous that such a basic thing even requires this.
