Missing Lifetime Rewards - Am I doing something wrong?

Just dropped $200 for a lifetime subscription but it would appear I'm missing a lot of items.
No extra banks slots (shared or otherwise), no new titles or accolades, no new uniform options at the tailor (Odyssey long jacket, etc...) and although I CAN now make Talaxian characters, the Liberated Borg option is nowhere to be found. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to claim these items somewhere? Am I missing something.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm starting to have some serious buyer's remorse.

As West mentions, somethings have to be claimed, but others are automatically applied as you level. You wont miss anything. Lib Borg can only be created on factions that are 2409 based, ie. Feds, KDF and Roms. Jemmy, DSC and TOS toons cannot create them.
No Liberated Borg anywhere. No additional costume pieces such as the Odyssey Long Jacket, which I was looking forward to using. None of the Veteran titles. No extra bank slots, just my original 60 normal and 20 shared.
So far, as much as I can tell...I received the Life Sub Comm Badge and Title. Access to the Captain's Table and the Captain's Yacht. My energy credit limit has been raised to 2 billion and...that's about it. Nothing else.
Really starting to feel like I got suckered.
EDIT: Oh, i did receive extra character slots and costume slots too.
What faction / sub faction did you try to create the liberated borg for? Like @leemwatson says it won't work for TOS or Discovery fed, or for Jem'Hadar.
What faction / sub-faction did you try to add the Odyssey long jacket to in the tailor, and if it was a bridge officer what was their race? The tailor has many stupid limitations about who is allowed to wear what.
What worries me that wires got crossed somewhere is you stating you can now create a Talaxian but not yet a Liberated Borg since I think they both share the same character create tab(s).
Good luck upon figuring all of that headache out.
I think a mere 4 hours waiting for PWE/Cryptic to respond & fix isn't being patient enough though, but I can understand after spending that much money & not receiving items/services you already paid for & were suppose to receive.
Hopefully it'll be corrected. If not I hope you used a credit card so you can possibly dispute the charge, but give PWE/Cryptic some more time to look into & correct anything. Also, last couple of times I heard about this happening & similar once the player disputed the charge Cryptic/PWE did the charge-back properly but then banned the player so document everything.
Only do that if you've decided that you never want to play STO again. Chargebacks trigger account bans at most companies including PWE I think.
Keep working with support to either get the missing features or a refund, don't get impatient and do a chargeback.
I do understand that 4 hours may not be that long ago, but again, money was paid...and a good bit of it too.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. If I'm still having issues by tomorrow, I'll trying contacting someone again.
The answer is simple, and has already been given. You're not yet high enough level to receive some of the items. You will have received them or got access to all by the time you hit Lvl 65. You'll get more inventory, ship, bank and boff slots as you level up. You will eventually get access to Lib Borg also. This is all detailed on the LTS page.
I did select borg and start the character creation to see if it would at least make one and it did. I did not complete the creation only want thru to picking department for said new captain. I have some friends who I can call who are recent Lifers and see if they are having the same problem. Both of them are within 9 months of initial creation.
Oh that is insightful I hadn't heard of that pickle of a bugger. That is interesting & hopefully Cryptic will get that fixed before this newest Delta recruitment.

Just speed run thru the missions... think you need to get promoted to the next rank before you get the perks/rewards. not sure how its set up now via mission rewards etc... but it was roughly for KDF after the Torg arc was done you would be L10, for Feds them sending you off away to the next star base. this is all based on the old level progression before all the revamps.
There lifetime accounts arent even a year old yet, in fact one is less than 6 months but they are all 65.
My guess would be you have to get higher before your account gets all its rewards.
The Lifetime also says that theres stuff you get as you grow.
Be patient and you should get what you want.
Good to know they're aware & hopefully will fix it, but disturbing that Cryptic is still selling this LTS service knowing it isn't fully functioning properly & didn't declare the glitch, that seems misleading for the sake of profit.
Apparently Cryptic knows about the bug not allowing LTS players to create a Liberated Borg but Cryptic keeps selling the LTS without giving prior warning that the feature is currently unavailable. Definitely not ethical but is that even legal? The current sale isn't even the best sale, $150., but hopefully Cryptic will have that resolved so you can create a Liberated Borg soon enough. In the meantime enjoy the rest of the LTS perks.
