After dry docking a ship two missing item(s):Dyson Regenerative Shield Array Mk XII, Dyson Deflector

• The specific date and time of the incident: March 20, 2021, 7:15pm EST (approximate)
• Rarity and Mk. Level (if applicable): Very Rare Reputation System rewards, Mk XII
• The details of how the item was deleted from your account: When I put a ship of mine into drydock all of the parts transferred to my inventory except my Dyson rep ship deflector and shield. Those seem to have vanished. I checked my ships, inventory, bank, and reclaims but no sign of them. I have since replaced them using the Rep System. I am Tier V so I do not yet get the Tier VI discount. Since the missing parts have been replaced I'll happily take the refund of the amount of dilithium and Dyson Marks needed to complete the set again.

The ship was moved into drydock, I pulled it and everything, including the visuals, were empty, so I put it back again. I was given a pair of items by the admins that were supposed to replace the missing items but they were actually other items that I still had. I lost the shields and deflector but was given a torpedo and a secondary deflector.
