Transwarping to fleet research lab

Since the 04/01/21 patch if I hit hit alt space, or click the fire all weapons button i am transwarped to the fleet research lab.

    Have now narrowed it down to a specific weapon on my build [Advanced Fleet Phaser Dual Beam Bank Mk XV [Ac/Dm] [CrtH] [Dmg]x3]. The bizarre bit is i have 3 of them, only 1 is doing it.

    This happens when you are in combat, say for example, in a TFO? You fire your weapons and transwarp out of the TFO and into the fleet research lab map? Or is it only in non-combat maps?
