Wasteland Progression stalled

I've tried several times to get my Klingon recruit to Installation 18, the final mission of the Wasteland arc, but it won't cue up. What am I doing wrong??

    It should pop-up automagically, but often doesn't.
    Go into your "Available Missions" tab and look for it there.
    (On console it's in "Incoming Hails".)

    KDF character get it from K'men and Feds get it from Franklin Drake.

    I just tried repeating the Canyon mission again t trigger the final mission, but it didn't wrk ...again.
    I ma have to repeat the entire arc...unless there's a workaround I'm unaware of.

    Thanks fr the reminder. A player can be around the game for years and still forget things.
