I've had two runs of this TFO, and I've had the following bugs happen.
- Initial ships to rescue didn't spawn.
- Points didn't spawn new ships to rescue.
Considering the fact that Azure Nebula Rescue is part of the universal endeavor rotation, it would seriously help if these two seriously game-breaking bugs were fixed.

Second run today - Respawned more, we got 11 ships, but stopped spawning before the end, and seemed pretty slow before that (I think one respawn point didn't respawn after the first ship).
1. First mission: No romulan ships spawned at any of the 4 points. Tholians spawned but there were no ships to rescue so we all had to bail and take leaver penalties.
2. Second mission: We did have 4 romulan ships to rescue in initial wave (although one of them only appeared as the last nearly tholean defender was dying). After that, of the 4 spawn points, 3 of them did not spawn any more ships for rest of mission. Fortunately one spawn point remained active and gave us 3 more ships, allowing us to finish the Rescue-7 endeavor
* - For both missions the LAG / Rubber Banding was VERY VERY bad... ship would litterally fly forward then jump backward every few seconds. I did not see this lag in any other zones I used today (9th rule, ruins of doom, badlands battlezone, etc). Only within the azure nebula mission was lag bad.
It has been a couple of weeks since I last did this mission, so I cannot say that it was due to any of this weeks patches.
This TFO works fine when it's not an universal endeavors, but as soon as it is, it's very problematic.
At the times this TFO is an universal endeavors (and only at those times) it's experiencing extreme rubberbanding and ships not spawning.
It's almost like this specific TFO is running on some old server that can't handle the load of lots of players running this TFO at once. Outside of it being an universal endeavor, it's running fine, but at those times, not much players are running it, since it's not a real popular TFO.
