Missing LTS slots on some characters

I purchased the Lifetime Subscription on the 6th of Feb, and some of my characters have not received the 60 bank slots and 36 inventory slots. Support directed me to create a thread here as well.

    Question: did you at any point in time subscribe for a month under STO's old sub system? The LTS inventory/bank slots are those unlocks.

    I am having the same problem but I am also missing the additional bridge officer slots and the additional ship slots, and its happening on all my characters that I have logged in so far. I saved a few characters that I didn't log in yet in case that might be helpful to tech support to see what is happening. The game shows in chat all the things I got but I know for certain that many didn't actually come to me even though it says so in the chat box. One other thing, I also bought my Lifetime Subscription on February 5th.
