Current Lockbox - No loot

I have obtained a "Current Lockbox" from a story line arc to complete an endeavour task. This lockbox is in my inventory as a "Current Lockbox" and if I attempt to open it I get the error “Unable to use current lockbox. No rewards generated”. This is attached to my Dominion Character "Amat'iclan".

    You need a Master Key.

    I have tried with a master key with the same error message.

    Are all your personal inventory slots full?

    Yes, attempted to open with empty slots in my current inventory available. I have also seen the error message go across the screen when I first log into the character.

    Just had another current loot box (with no rewards) drop from Shadowplay Romulan Story arc when completing Universal Endeavour to destroy Elachi Dreadnought. I Think there is a bug with in the older story arc's where loot box drops are not being processed correctly.

    Having the same issue. I have three of these boxes that i picked up yesterday (March 9th '21), plenty of keys and plenty of inventory space but I'm getting the same error message.

    I've also had this issue, on my main account, on a Romulan character. I do not recall which story mission it was - I've had the box for a month or so maybe.

    Resolved mission "Diplomatic Orders". Unable to use Current Lock Box. No rewards generated. - This is the error generated when selecting the current lockbox at the end of the mission.
